  • If no one’s home: Delivery procedures may vary depending on the carrier and destination. If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors before contacting us.

Lost, damaged or missing packages

  • Lost packages: Contact katharinekovacik2600@outlook.com if your package appears to be lost or has not arrived as expected. We will review the shipment information and work with the carrier where appropriate to help resolve the issue.
